Integrations

Every system TYTEN reads from, and writes back to

Fourteen CAFM and field service platforms. Five accounting systems. Your existing mailboxes. TYTEN works on top of the stack you already run, so nothing migrates and nobody gets a new login.

Integration is client-driven. If yours is not on this page, it is a conversation, not a rebuild.

What two-way actually means

Most tools export. TYTEN puts the work back where your team already looks for it.

Your CAFMWork orders, assets, sites, suppliers, statuses and due dates.New jobs, job sheets and certificates, notes, costs, completion and asset marking.

Platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. TYTEN is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by the listed platform providers unless expressly stated. Integrations depend on customer permissions, configuration, and available access methods.

No new interfaces

Everything flows through your existing mailboxes and CAFM. No new portals for your team or your contractors.

No migration

Your data stays where it is. TYTEN connects to it rather than asking you to move it.

Client-driven

New platforms get built because a client runs one. Typical go-live for the first module is four weeks.

What runs on top of them

The integration is the plumbing. The work is done by the reactive helpdesk, PPM chasing, document tracking, accounting and voice agent workers. See the roles they cover.

Integration FAQ

Fourteen are live in production: Infraspeak, Simpro, Invida, Fergus, Unifocus, Re-flow, Verisae, BigChange, MRI Evolution (formerly FSI Concept Evolution), OneAdvanced FSM (Oneserve), ServiceTitan, Commusoft, Vantify CAFM (formerly eLogbooks) and Tabs FM. QFM is on the roadmap.
Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are live. Supplier bills are read, matched against the work order and the agreed rate, and posted for approval, so invoice matching happens before anything reaches your ledger.
No. Every CAFM integration is two-way. TYTEN reads work orders, assets and suppliers out of your system, and writes jobs, documents, notes, costs and completion back into it, so your team keeps working in the system they already use.
Contact us. Integration is client-driven, which means new platforms get built because a client runs one. Where a platform has no usable API, TYTEN can still work through the mailbox, because that is how contractors send job sheets and invoices anyway.
No. Contractors keep emailing job sheets, invoices and compliance documents exactly as they do now, or answering the phone. There is no portal for them to learn and nothing for them to adopt.
Four weeks is typical for the first module on an established platform. Each additional module is faster once the connection is in place, because the reading and writing is already proven.
