Forward Deployed Engineer
The Call
Be the bridge between our technology and our clients. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to understand their operations, configure our AI platform to their needs, and ensure successful deployments. This is a client-facing technical role for engineers who love solving real problems with real people.
Who We're Talking To
You enjoy working with customers and listening to them. You get energy from solving real problems for real people, not just writing code in isolation.
You thrive in ambiguity. Client needs are messy, requirements change, and you're the type who figures it out.
You want to be in the field, not stuck behind a desk. Travel, client meetings, hands-on deployments — that's your thing.
